Two overnight shootings under investigation in Princess Anne

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – Princess Anne Police are investigating two overnight shootings.

Police say the first incident happened just after 2:30 a.m., in the area of Pine Knoll Drive. Officers were informed that multiple shots had been fired, and a nearby vehicle and residence were found to be damaged. No victims were found at that time.

A short time later, police received a call from TidalHealth regarding two victims with non-critical gunshot wounds that were receiving treatment. It was determined that a second shooting took place in the area of Hampden Avenue, near Progress Lane, between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m.
