Three juveniles charged for reckless endangerment in Milford
MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police have charged three juveniles in connection to multiple reckless endangering incidents.
Between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. Friday, officers responded to three separate incidents throughout Milford, where subjects were reporting that they had been shot with a hard object (pellet) from a passing silver sedan. The victims only reported minor injuries and did not require medical attention.
The suspect vehicle was located a short time later, and a 16-year-old juvenile was taken into custody after being found in possession of a water bead gun. Further investigation led police to determine that two other juveniles, both 17-year-old males, were also involved.
The 16-year-old and one of the 17-year-olds were charged with third degree conspiracy, three counts of second degree reckless endangering, two counts of offensive touching, and disorderly conduct. The other 17-year-old was charged with third degree conspiracy, second degree reckless endangering, offensive touching, and disorderly conduct. All three were released to their parent/guardian pending a future court date.
