Shoplifting investigation leads to numerous charges for Frankford man

FELTON, Del. – A Frankford man has been arrested on charges stemming from a reported shoplifting late last week in Felton.

At around 11:30 a.m. Friday, Felton Police responded to the Royal Farms in the 11000 block of South DuPont Highway after it was reported that a man stole consumable goods from the store without paying. Video surveillance was obtained showing the suspect. It was also learned that prior to the shoplifting, the suspect allegedly stole a vehicle in Dover, which he used to flee southbound on Route 13.

The suspect was identified as 42-year-old Thomas Pusey. Pusey was arrested at a Frankford residence and held at SCI on numerous charges from Delaware State Police after being charged with shoplifting by Felton Police and issued a no-contact order with the store.
