Section of Ocean Pines to experience temporary water outage for maintenance

OCEAN PINES, Md. – Officials have announced that a portion of Ocean Pines will be without water temporarily on Thursday, August 1st.

We’re told the outage will impact Falconbridge Road, Mast Court, Fantail Court, Birdsnest Drive, and a section of Windjammer Road. An outside contractor will be performing routine maintenance on the water lines from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

The schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions.

Lines will be flushed after the repairs are complete, which should clear the lines and eliminate any brown water. Residents who experience any brown water for an extended period of time after repairs are complete should call 443-783-0039.
