UPDATE: Missing mother and daughter found

9:50 a.m. UPDATE: Police say Deborah Luther and River Timmons have both been located and are safe.

DELMAR, Del. – Delaware State Police are asking for assistance in looking for a mother and her daughter.

42-year-old Deborah Luther and her 3-year-old daughter, River Timmons, were last seen at their home on Sunday around 7 p.m.

According to police, they were headed to the Delmar food lion.

Officials say there is concern for their safety and well-being.

Deborah is described as white female, about 5’4″ with brown eyes and hair.

She was last seen wearing gray shorts, a black tank top, and flip flips.

River is described as a white female, around 2’2″with light brown hair and green eyes.

She was last seen wearing jean shorts, a pink tank top and jelly shoes.

Deborah is driving a gray 2009 Pontiac G-6 19 with the Delaware tags – 144-535.
