WMDT – This morning, Planet Fitness Trainer Jeremy Smoot showed Good Morning Delmarva a summer Olympic games inspired routine that’s perfect for showing some patriotic spirit this holiday.
Using a kettlebell, Jeremy was able to show us how move our bodies like top tier athletes.
The workout focuses on gymnastics, surfing, and swimming.
You can rotate between squats or bird dogs to work both the upper and lower body.
