Ocean Pines community gears up for Natl. Night Out

OCEAN PINES, Md.- The Ocean Pines community is gearing up for its national night out.

The annual event brings people from all over Ocean Pines together, for a night of family games, food and socialization.

The Ocean Pines Police Department will be holding the event, and chief of police, Tim Robinson, said folks will have a chance to get to know the officers who serve the community, and even discuss any community issues with the chief.

“Come August 6th, this park we’re standing in, and the pavilion behind me, are going to be rocking,” Chief Robinson said. “We’re going to have a lot of people out here like we would in years past, and we’re going to have our law enforcement partners from the State Police and Sheriff’s Office.

The event will take place on Tuesday, August 6th, from 6-8PM at White Horse Park.
