Good Morning Delmarva discusses the Crisfield’s World Records Duck Dog

WMDT – Last year, Crisfield hosted the world’s largest rubber duck and this year there will be a world record number of blue-collar duck dogs on August 9th and 10th.

This morning, Heather Ross and Anthony B. Ross, stopped by Good Morning Delmarva to tell us more about unique experience.

Plus, they brought their furry friend with them!

Heather Ross says that Crisfield may be small, but they love to do things big.

There will be over a thousand dogs, and they will take a big aerial photo of all the dogs during the event.

You can expect to see music, food, and tons of special swimming activities like pier jumping.

Ross says that the event will benefit Friends of Crisfield, a non-profit that helps the local community and its small businesses, and the American Legion.

The American legion will use the money raised to help veterans and first responders with service dogs.
