Cambridge Police investigating after two young men were shot

CAMBRIDGE, Md. – Cambridge police are investigating after two young men were shot at a gas station.
According to the Cambridge Police Department, the incident occurred shortly before 3 p.m., Thursday when officers were dispatched for a report of shots fired at the Corner Market Exxon, located at the intersection of Route 16 and Stone Boundary Road.
As officers were on their way to the scene, police say information was relayed that a white vehicle was spotted leaving the area at a high rate of speed. Investigators then learned that two shooting victims, a 19 year old and 20 year old male, had arrived at the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center. Both were treated for non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
The white vehicle was also located with damage from the shooting, which police believe was a targeted.
