Berlin Emergency Dispatcher Supervisor retires after 35 years

BERLIN, Md. – Emergency Dispatcher Supervisor Brenda Kelly is retiring.

Kelly started her first day as a Police Communications Operator on June 27, 1990, and ended her career as Supervisor this week. She is known for her commitment, hard work, and exceptional leadership.
