Somerset Co. Sheriff’s Office announces promotion

SOMERSET CO., Md. – Sergeant Jonathan Todd with the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office has been promoted to the rank of First Sergeant.

He has 25 years of dedicated service and has led the honor guard and managed school resource deputies.
