Somerset Co. man arrested for rape, sex abuse of a minor stemming from three month long investigation

SOMERSET CO., Md. – A Princess Anne man has been arrested in connection to the alleged sexual abuse of a minor.

We’re told the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office launched the investigation in January 2024. Following the three-month investigation, 21-year-old Nathaniel Suttle was arrested on second degree rape, third and fourth degree sex offense, sex abuse of a minor – continuing course of conduct, second degree assault, and reckless endangerment.

Suttle was held without bond.

Police say the investigation remains ongoing and it is believed these acts were performed against the victim numerous times.
