Sexual assault in Rehoboth Beach under investigation

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – Rehoboth Beach Police are investigating an early morning sexual assault.

We’re told the incident was reported just after midnight, on the beach in the area of Brooklyn Avenue. Police say the victim was taken to a nearby hospital where they were treated and released.

The suspect is still at large.
