Retired Cambridge PD Chief honored

CAMBRIDGE, Md. – Retired Chief Russell Wroten served the City of Cambridge and the Cambridge Police Department for 38 years.

Chief Todd and staff honored Chief Wroten by inducting him into the Cambridge Police Department Hall of Fame. He is the first person to receive this honor.
