Police investigating shooting that damaged vehicle in Dover

DOVER, Del. – Police are investigating a shooting that damaged a vehicle in Dover Thursday afternoon.

Police say they were called to the 200 block of Charring Cross Drive at around 2 p.m. for a report of shots fired. Several spent shell casings were found in the road, and officers at the scene located a vehicle that had been damaged by gunfire.
