To show appreciation, Planet Fitness trainer Jeremy Smoot is showing us a workout routine you can do together with a father figure in your life.
It can be hard to balance life and fatherhood, so this fun routine is a chance to get to know each other better!
You can do happy hops, reach for the stars or even pretend the floor is lava.
Jeremy even suggests that you if you have a small child, you can use their weight to tone your muscles.
