Pair arrested for fight in Milford
MILFORD, Del. – Two women have been arrested following a fight in Milford Sunday night.
At around 8:45 p.m., officers were called to the 600 block of NW Front Street for a reported fight in progress. It was learned that during the fight, 25-year-old Tyera Jarrett had hit 26-year-old Tamira Griffin. Griffin also allegedly assaulted Jarrett with a baseball bat during the fight.
Jarrett was charged with offensive touching and disorderly conduct and was held on a $200 secured bail. Griffin was charged with possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, second degree assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and disorderly conduct, and was held on a $16,100 secured bail.
