One dead in weekend homicide in Salisbury, police investigating
SALISBURY, Md. – Police are investigating a homicide that took place early Sunday morning in Salisbury.
Just before 2:30 a.m., officers were called to a business parking lot in the 700 block of E. Naylor Mill Road for a report of a fight and shots fired. At the scene, officers found 23-year-old Franklin Rodriguez Perez suffering from critical injuries as a result of the shooting. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.
