Man arrested in connection to Lewes camper theft

LEWES, Del. – A Harrington man has been arrested in connection to a camper theft.

We’re told the incident happened on June 13th in the 700 block of Kings Highway. Through a joint investigation with Delaware State Police, Lewes Police identified and arrested 53-year-old Paul Rowan.

Rowan was charged with felony theft, criminal mischief, and third degree criminal trespass. The trailer was recovered and returned to the owner.
