UPDATE: Increased police presence at Laurel apartment complex

3:30 p.m. UPDATE: Laurel Police say they assisted Delaware State Police with the execution of a search warrant in the 300 building Tuesday morning.

We’re told the warrant was in relation to the arrest of a suspect wanted on violent felony charges by a neighboring agency. The subject was arrested without incident.

LAUREL, Del. – Laurel Police say there is an increased police presence on Pasture Lane in the Hollybrook Apartment complex.

Details are limited at this time. Police are asking citizens to please avoid the area while they complete their investigation.
