Groundbreaking held for future educational facility in Delaware

OCEAN VIEW, Del. – Officials recently broke ground on the Center for the Inland Bays project.

They’re building a new educational facility at the County-owned James Farm Ecological Preserve. Officials say the project will complement and showcase the natural beauty of this pristine space in Coastal Delaware.
