Emerging Leaders: Lafayette Bell

47ABC – It is Monday and that means it is time to introduce you to a new emerging leader.

Lafayette Bell is a local actor is starring in his first feature film on Tubi that recently released June 11th.

It’s a comedy called “Wannabe a Star” by director Mike Fox, executive producer Marquis Skinner, and the production company Crystal Fox Films.

And this morning Lafayette stopped by Good Morning Delmarva and shared a quick sneak peek of his performance as Coach Wigglesworth!

Prior to this film, Lafayette has done many videos for Toys for Tots in the local area and was a background actor for Netflix.

He says originally he came on to the project as a BTS photographer.

Bell tells us he’s always had a great sense of humor and enjoys making others laugh.

Comedy is his strong suit, but he also says it was different preparing scenes for the camera.

He’s best advice for those wanting to become actors, start young as you have a support system to help you along the way.
