Easton airport announcing the launch of their youth summer program

EASTON, Md.,- A summer program for teens is taking off at Easton Airport.

The Aviation Career Education program is an educational summer program for middle and high school students.

Students will get a chance at hands-on aviation experiences, they will also get to explore similar career pathways.
The program starts on July 16th and will run until the 23rd.

Airport business manager Jeff Lankford tells us why the airport decided to start this program.

“Aviation careers are in high demand and here in Talbot county having Easton airport a resource in student’s backyard as we like to say is a real gem a real opportunity to bring them here and expose them to those opportunities one-on-one with some of our pilot’s maintenance technicians,” says Lankford.

To register visit for the camp you can visit the Easton Airport’s website. https://eastonairport.com/ace-summer-learning/
