Wicomico Co. Public Library gets new music addition

SALISBURY, Md-The Wicomico Public Library is more than just for books, it’s a place for people to gather and be creative.

Friday, the library rolled out its new piano, free for public use.

Executive director, Seth Hershberger, said he hopes this new addition will help encourage the community to let their music creativity shine on the plaza.

“We got a piano here at the library, you can gather around and play with it. It’s summer reading here at the library, so we wanted to have some fun. Thank you to the Rotary Club for donating the piano.” Hershberger said.

The piano will be available in front of the library during operating hours and will be rolled back inside at night.
