Delaware local sworn in as attorney

DELAWARE – Delaware local Chamyra Upshur was sworn into the Delaware Bar as an attorney.

She graduated from Delaware State University last year and worked really hard over the last four years, day in and day out, preparing for this huge life-changing exam.
