Lynn says its best to pack non-perishable items such as different nuts or dried fruits.
She even shows how you can make your own popcorn while out.
Ziplock bags or Tupperware can also be convenient!
You can use them for portion control.
Lynn’s trail mix recipe consists of walnuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut, and goji berries.
These are all a great source of fiber and fat which Lynn says can help you feel fuller.
