BREAKING: Hunter Biden found guilty in federal gun trial

DELAWARE – Hunter Biden has been convicted of all three felony charges stemming from a firearms investigation that began in 2018.

Biden previously pleaded not guilty to the charges. He was found guilty of all three by a jury on Tuesday.

The three-count indictment, filed in September 2023, claimed that Biden lied on a form required for every gun purchase when he bought a .38 Colt Cobra Special at a Wilmington, Delaware gun shop. He was charged with two counts of making false statements by checking a box saying he was not addicted to drugs and giving it to the shop for their federally required records. A third count alleged that he possessed the gun for roughly 11 days, despite knowing he was a drug user.
