Town of Fenwick searching for Town Council candidates
FENWICK ISLAND, Del. – The Town of Fenwick Island is searching for qualified candidates to serve on their Town Council.
There are a total of three position to be filled, each with a two year term. You must be registered to vote for at least one year prior to the election to qualify.
Other qualifications include:
- A natural person who is a citizen of the United States
- 21 years of age or older on or before the date of the election
- Either a bonafide resident of the Town or a property owner in the Town
- No convicted felonies
The filing deadline for candidates is Tuesday, June 18th, at 4:30 p.m. The annual Town Election is scheduled for Saturday, August 3rd.
