Shooting on Barrister Place in Dover under investigation

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police are currently investigating a shooting that occurred on Sunday.

According to Police, around 3:30PM, they were called to the 400 block of Barrister Place where shots were fired.

When the officers arrived, they found shell casings and after investigating they learned an unknown suspect in a white Honda Accord drove in front of a home in the area.

The unknown suspect began shooting at the home leaving two cars and the house damaged.

There was a 68-year-old man in the house at the time, but no one was injured.

This is an ongoing investigation.
