Serious crash involving off-road vehicles under investigation in Talbot Co.

TILGHMAN, Md. – The Talbot County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a serious crash that happened earlier this month.

At around 10:45 p.m. on May 10th, deputies were called to the area of Black Walnut Point Road and Spinnaker Way for a serious crash involving off road vehicles. Deputies reportedly located a four-wheeler and a dirt bike with extensive front-end damage in the roadway at the scene.

Preliminary investigation revealed that both vehicles were in the roadway at the time of impact.

Paramedics at the scene treated two patients, identified as 21-year-old Hayden Wilson and 20-year-old William Jones. Both were taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore by Maryland State Police helicopter for treatment.
