Salisbury Zoo Andean Bear moving to Wisconsin

SALISBURY, Md. – One of the Salisbury Zoo’s Andean bears will move to Wisconsin later this month.

Inti, born to the zoo’s female Andean Bear, Chaska, was born in January 2022. Inti will move to the Racine Zoo in Wisconsin at the recommendation of the Andean Bear Species Survival Plan.

We’re told Inti is off exhibit and received a physical exam last week before his move.
