Pair arrested following drug investigation in Kent Co.
HARTLY, Del. – Police arrested two men on Thursday at the conclusion of a two-month long drug investigation.
Troopers executed a search warrant at a house in the 2000 block of Slaughter Station Road in Hartly, finding approximately 10.38 grams of crystal methamphetamine, firearm ammunition, drug paraphernalia, and a digital scale.
The subjects of the investigation, 32-year-old Joshua Bryant and 58-year-old Shawn Haley, were both taken into custody at the scene.
Bryant was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a tier 2 quantity, possession of a controlled substance in a tier 2 quantity, three counts of possession with intent to deliver, possession of ammunition by a person prohibited, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at SCI on a $22,500 secured bond.
Haley was charged with maintaining a drug property and maintaining any place for unlawful contact, and was held at SCI on a $2,500 secured bond.
