Milford woman arrested on burglary, trespassing charges

MILFORD, Del. – A Milford woman was arrested over the weekend on burglary charges.

Just before 2:30 p.m. Sunday, police were called to a residence in the 900 block of N. Walnut Street for a possible burglary. Officers arrived and learned that an unknown subject was seen entering a detached garage on the property. Officers gave commands for the person to exit the garage, and the suspect complied.

The subject, identified as 32-year-old Tyra Stevens, was charged with third degree burglary and second degree trespass. She was released on her own recognizance with a future court date and a no-contact order with the victim and their property.
