Good Morning Delmarva discusses the Delmarva Street Ball Classic

47ABC – Saturday May 18th, the Platinum Foundation is hosting a Delmarva Street Ball Classic in honor of Jeff Johnson and Seaford District teachers!

This Morning, DJ Formula, founder of the Platinum Foundation, stopped by Good Morning Delmarva to tell us more about this family friendly event.

DJ Formula says he stated the foundation in honor of his mother and to help other families in the area. They tend to host a lot of entertainment and sports events.

They’ve been doing a series of basketball events on Delmarva, so they wanted to take the opportunity to honor Jeff Johnson and all that he’s doing for girls’ basketball.

DJ Formula also wanted to highlight the importance of educators as last week was Teacher Appreciation Week.

The event is sponsored by Roku and they will be giving out prizes through contests.

He tells us there will be ton of different games such as a game with solely artists participating.

The event will again be Saturday May 18th at 3PM at Seaford High School.
