Delmar beats Sussex Academy 2-1 in double overtime

DELMAR, Del. –  The Delmar Wildcats take down Sussex Academy 2-1 thanks to Baylie Phillips’ game-winning goal at the end of double overtime.

The game was tied at one goal apiece for the rest of regulation. Neither team could score until Baker scored the goal with less than one minute left in double overtime.

The Wildcats move to 8-3 on the season with the win. Sussex Academy falls to 8-2 with the loss.
