Deadlines announced for upcoming Rehoboth Beach election

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – The City of Rehoboth Beach Municipal Election is slated for Saturday, August 10th.

Two Board of Commissioners seats will be on the ballot, each with a three-year term. The deadline for candidates to file a nominating petition is 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 3rd. Nominating petitions must be signed by at least 10 and no more than 25 qualified electors of the City of Rehoboth Beach.

Commissioners will judge each candidate’s qualifications during the Board of Commissioners’ June 21st meeting.
