Community members to host Mother’s Day event spotlighting local moms
SALISBURY, Md. – Members from the 3C USA Church are hoping to capture some special moments for moms on Delmarva.
This Mother’s Day, there will be a free picnic and family photo event at the Salisbury City Park.
The event welcomes moms in the area to enjoy a relaxed lunch and get a free photo snapped of their family.
Event organizer, Crystal Wright, said that moms deserve the spotlight and she and her crew plan to deliver just that.
“Moms are great at feeding, so this is an opportunity where they don’t have to feed anyone. They can come and the kids can be taken care of, and one thing that a mom always wants is a picture of all her kids,” Wright said.
