Wicomico Co. to host second annual Wicomico night out

WICOMICO COUNTY, Md. – Locals are getting excited for the second annual Wicomico Night Out.

Organizers said the mission is to connect with the community and offer different resources to families in need.

Wicomico County state’s attorney, Jamie Dykes, will be just one of those faces at the event and said connecting local leaders with young people can help curb community violence.

“They will have freebies, people to connect them with necessary services in the community, and just build connections. That will benefit all of us,” Dykes said.

The event will take place on Saturday, April 13th, at the Salvation Army gym, from 1-4PM.
