Three arrested for Millsboro burglary

Millsboro, DEL,.- A trio is facing felony charges following a burglary.

On April 25th shortly after 7:30 pm Delaware State Police responded to a call at home on the 21000 block of Paul Drive.

When troopers arrived they learned that items were stolen from a construction site.

The victims found their stolen property at a residence nearby on Paul Drive and confronted a possible suspect.

During the confrontation, the suspect threatened the victim.

During the investigation, police learned that multiple items had been stolen from the house.

Police identified the suspects as 61-year-old William Nickerson, 45-year-old Bonnie Osborne, and  21-year-old Alan Daron- Perez all of Millsboro.

Millsboro 1

Nickerson was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree (Felony), Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony), Theft under $1,500, and Terroristic Threatening,  he was arraigned by Troop 4 and was later released on his own recognizance.

 

Millsboro 2

Osborne was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree (Felony), Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony), and Theft under $1,500 where she was arraigned by Troop 4, and was later released on her own recognizance.

Millsboro 3

Dardon-Perez was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree (Felony), Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony), and Theft under $1,500 he was arraigned by Troop 4, and he was later released on his own recognizance.
