SU takes down Shoremen to win War On The Shore

SALISBURY, Md.– Salisbury University defeated Washington College in a final score of 12-7 on Saturday afternoon.

It was the 56th annual war on the shore at Seagull stadium and the Gulls had a tight match-up against visitor Washington College. The Gulls dominated the 1st period with a 5-1 lead, they would go into the locker room up 8-3.

Washington College would trim the SU lead down to 3 but they would not be able to take the lead. Jack Dowd, Brice Bromwell, and Ty Keaton would score 3 clutch goals in the 4th to put the game out of reach.
