Salisbury man killed in D.C. area shooting
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Police say a Salisbury man was killed in a shooting in Washington D.C. early Saturday morning.
Just after 1 a.m., officers on patrol in the 1300 block of U Street, Northwest, reportedly heard gunshots and immediately responded to a restaurant in the area, finding a man inside suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim, identified as 43-year-old Kenneth Goins of Salisbury, was pronounced dead at the scene.
