Repairs set to begin on Downtown Salisbury Drawbridge this weekend

SALISBURY, Md. – Repairs are slated to begin on the drawbridge in Downtown Salisbury this weekend.

Starting Sunday, April 14th, crews will begin routine maintenance repairs on the Main Street Drawbridge over the Wicomico River. Drivers can expect single-lane closures with flagging operations in effect between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Motorists are urged to plan ahead for additional travel time.
