Pair charged in connection to Milford area shooting

MILFORD, Del. – Police have arrested two people, including a juvenile, following a shots fired incident that happened earlier this month.

At around 11 p.m. on April 8th, officers responded to Silver Lake Estates and Reserves at Sawmill after receiving reports of shots fired. It was determined that multiple rounds were fired, damaging several apartments on the two properties.

Police were able to identify the two suspects in this incident as 19-year-old Leondre Williams and a 17-year-old juvenile. Williams was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, six counts of first degree reckless endangering, second degree conspiracy, two counts of criminal mischief under $1000, breach of release, and disorderly conduct. He was held on a $297,900 cash bail and issued a no-contact order with the victims.

The juvenile was charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, six counts of first degree reckless endangering, second degree conspiracy, two counts of criminal mischief under $1000, breach of release, and disorderly conduct. The teen was held at the Stevenson House on an $82,500 secured bail and issued a no-contact order with the victims.
