Maryland delegate pleads guilty to DUI
Maryland- Maryland Delegate Charles Otto plead guilty to driving while impaired by alcohol.
This plea stems from charges in January, where Otto was pulled over after being seen failing to move over for an emergency vehicle which was parked on the shoulder of the road in Fruitland.
Once pulled over a field sobriety test was conducted which Otto failed.
He was charged with multiple offenses including DUI.
