Man arrested for murder in Dover

DOVER, Del. – A man has been arrested for murder following a shooting in Dover.

According to police, they were called to West Loockerman Street around 1:30AM Sunday for a shooting near Irish Mike’s.

Police found 2 victims with gunshot wounds there.

The 23-year-old man identified as Sadique Ingram is allegedly responsible for the shooting.

The male victim was shot in the chest and the woman was shot in the lower body area.

Both were taken to the nearest hospital, but the male identified as Syncere Friends later died.

Ingram is facing charges for first degree murder, first degree assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
