Emerging Leader: Kathryn Fiddler

47 ABC – This week’s emerging leader is Kathryn Fiddler, the Vice President of Population Health at Tidal Health.

Recently, she was selected as the Top 100 Women in Maryland for 2024. A prestigious honor that recognizes women who have excelled professionally, and have built up the community through mentorship. Fiddler tells us, it was a colleague at Tidal Health who nominated her, and it’s an achievement she says she holds near and dear to her heart.

Fiddler credits the military for giving her the tools to be a great leader, as she uses her experience in the Air Force as a guide throughout her life. She has since mentored young women interested in the health field, and community members through organizations such as the Governor’s Maryland Commission for Women.

Fiddler will be honored at the reception and awards on May 6th.
