Chelsey’s fight benefit raffle

Caroline County, MD. – Chelsey  Townsend is a 29-year-old Eastern Shore native. On December 1st, 2023 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and her life was changed forever.

Chelsey family introduced Chelsey’s Fight group, to surround her with positivity and keep people up-to-date with her treatment.

Most recently they came up with Chelsey’s Fight benefit raffle, which will take place on Saturday, April 27th, 2024.

This is important to Chelsey to spread awareness about breast cancer.  She says it’s “really important to do your regular exams, check your breast, talk to your doctor, and get genetic test done.

Genetic testing is how Chelsey discovered that she had breast cancer.

This raffle will take place at the Caroline County Yacht Club, you can rsvp for the cornhole tournament at 11 am and the game will start at 1pm.

You can also buy raffle tickets all day long to get the chance to win a raffle basket.

The drawing will take place from 6-7 pm. If you leave and your name gets called as a winner of a basket event organizers will contact you to let you know that you won a prize.

Chelsey’s Fight is also looking for local businesses and community members to donate items for the raffle.

If you wish to donate to the raffle please reach out to Zachary Eldredge at 410-443-6229.
