Upcoming networking mixer looks to support nonprofits in greater Milton area

MILTON, Del. – An upcoming networking event looks to bring together nonprofits serving the greater Milton area.

The event is spearheaded by the Milton Lion’s Club and the Milton Chamber of Commerce.

MCC Executive Director Karen Falk said the goal is to allow those organization’s a space to spread awareness on the work they do, promote upcoming events, and help them get more volunteers.  “We know that if we can get those nonprofits together to talk about what they do and see what we can do as a community to help, we’re making a better community all the way around,” Falk said.

The event is scheduled for this Monday, March 11th at The Rookery South Golf Course at 6:30 p.m.
