Salisbury teen arrested and named as second suspect in 2023 homicide
SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury teen has been charged with First Degree Murder. Maryland State Police arrested 17-year-old Cashmir Holbrook in connection with a shooting outside Pizza City in Salisbury in 2023. That shooting claimed the life of 16-year-old Ja’siah Sin’cer Johnson and injured a 22-year-old man.
Holbrook is the second suspect arrested in the case, Mykel Elliott, now 17, was arrested last Summer. Both teens are being charged as adults, facing First Degree Murder, Attempted First Degree Murder and related charges.
