Police searching for Lincoln man following terroristic threatening incident

MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Lincoln man.

Police say they are looking to speak with 59-year-old Thomas Caffrey regarding a terroristic threatening incident that took place on Thursday within Milford City limits.

Milford Police confirmed to 47 ABC that Caffrey is a person of interest in the ongoing threat investigation to the Milford School District.
